Every movement is a small step toward greater possibilities. Leap and Limber Dance is a place where movement becomes art and training turns into inspiration. We believe that dance, acrobatics, and bodywork are for everyone—regardless of age, fitness level, or experience... Our studio was created with a simple goal: to help people move freely, without fear or limitations. We know how hard it can be to take that first step, but we also know that it opens the door to a world of new opportunities. Here, there are no rigid rules or pressure—just support, growth, and the joy of progress. Our students range from little ones taking their first acrobatic steps to adults looking to build strength, flexibility, and confidence in their bodies. Some come to compete, while others simply want to enjoy movement. Everyone has their own journey, but together, we inspire each other to become better. We’re creating more than just training sessions—we’re building a space where everyone feels confident and free. Because movement is life. And you’re capable of more than you think!
My name is Aleksandra, and I founded Leap and Limber Dance with one goal—to help people of all ages and skill levels discover the joy of movement. I’ve been involved in sports for over 15 years, 10 of which I dedicated to professional acrobatics. Throughout these years, I not only refined my physical skills but also learned how important the right approach to training and development is. I have been coaching for more than 3 years, helping my students push past physical limitations and reach their full potential. I believe that anyone can improve their flexibility, strength, and coordination with patience and care. My training sessions are designed to make every student, regardless of their level, feel confident and comfortable in their own body. Together, we can reach new heights!
